KHARAZIM PLAY GUIDE AND BUILD

Kharazim is a damage dealing melee healer that can choose his passive and playstyle.

in game, Kharazim is a healer that grants massive utility and damage to his team and can choose his passive. a versatile healer or assasin, he can fit many roles- or both!

ABILITIES

TRAIT: CHOOSE ONE! INSIGHT, IRON FISTS, OR TRANSCENDENSE

Kharazim's level 1 talent lets kharazim actually choose his trait! each triggers on his third basic attack. Insight has each third basic attack restore bits of mana, gives move speed for 2.5 seconds, and grants a stack of insight. at 100 stacks, it also reduces the cooldowns of your basic abilities by 1.75 seconds. iron fists grants 2.5 seconds of move speed and does 10% extra damage, and transcendense heals the lowest health nearby ally for a small amount and grants 2.5 seconds of move speed. these 3 passives are why kharazim has so much versatility. if you are constantly basic attacking, the TRIGGER RATE is 1.5 SECONDS

Q: RADIANT DASH

Kharazim's Q, radiant dash, can be used on allies or enemies. when used, he dashes to the target. enemies are hit with a basic attack. this ability has nice range, and holds up to two charges. this gives kharazim much mobility in the middle of a fight, and can be used to finish off, reposition, or escape with your backline. CHARGE COOLDOWN: 12 SECONDS

W: BREATH OF HEAVEN

Kharazim's W, breath of heaven heals allies nearby, including Kharazim, for a moderate amount and also grants %15 move speed buff for 3 seconds. use this to stay in the fight longer, radiant dash to an ally and heal them, to escape, or even to chase an enemy with the move speed. COOLDOWN: 10 SECONDS

E: DEADLY REACH

Kharazim's E, deadly reach, primes itself. on kharazim's next basic attack, it increases his attack range and attack speed by %100 for 2 seconds. this triggers your chosen passive very quickly. it can therefore give rapid cooldown reduction and mana gain, large amounts of health, tons of burst damage, and lots of movement speed. COOLDOWN: 10 SECONDS

R1: SEVEN-SIDED STRIKE

Kharazim's first ultimate is seven sided strike. when activated, kharazim becomes unstoppable and untargetable and attacks the highest health enemy hero in a large circle for 7% of their maximus health. he does this 6 more times. after, he reappears where he cast the ability. this ability does massive damage and can be used for many purposes, like finishing off a low health team, attacking a pursuer, or dealing massive damage to a single enemy hero. this would deal %50 percent of a targets health if one hero was in the circle. technically 49%, but you would probably radiant dash to get in range and deal 1% of their health, and then 49% from your R. this is an amazing R and should be picked if you are going for the assasin build, stated below. the only problem is that your enemies could simply walk out of the area of effect, rendering the ability useless. COOLDOWN: 50 SECONDS.

R2: DIVINE PALM

Kharazim's second R, divine palm, grants a effect to a ally for 3 seconds. if they are killed during that time, they would be put in stasis for a tiny period of time and healed massively, preventing death. if they were not to take fatal damage during that time, though, the ability will be wasted and put on full cooldown. this ability provides kharazim a tremendous healing ability that must be used in the right time. this ultimate, if used correctly, makes your allies extremely hard to kill. divine palm is great and should be picked if running the healer build, seen below. COOLDOWN: 50 SECONDS

TIPS AND TRICKS

Kharazim is amazing at fulfilling 2 roles at once, and can be used in almost any team composition.

kharazim has no form of escape without an ally, and is relatively squishy. due to his get-up-in-their-face-and-punch style, you really have to use his W a lot to keep in the fight.

kharazim is really mobile, so if you see a struggling ally, radiant dash to them and heal them with breath of heaven.

kharazim can totally ruin an enemy team by keeping allies alive and beating down opponents. remember that half his kit is dealing damage and that half is healing, so fulfill both roles to have the most effect.

BUILD 1: ASSASIN

at level 1, take insight to keep deadly reach up longer, or take iron fists to be a burst-y assasin.

At level 4, take earth ally to stay in the fight longer, as you have low heath.

at level 7, blazing fists to keep deadly reach up more often, triggering your passive more often.

at level 10, take seven sided strike for the damage and total wipeout potential.

at level 13, take quicksilver to help out your allies and escape, engage.

at level 16, take way of the hundred fists for the damage, and the passive triggering.

at level 20, take transgression to improve your damage output.

BUILD 2: HEALER

at level 1, take insight to use your W more often, or transcendense to heal.

At level 4, take spirit ally, to help out your team with AoE healing.

at level 7, blazing fists to keep deadly reach up more often, triggering your passive more often.

at level 10, take divine palm to become a true healer.

at level 13, take quicksilver to help out your allies and escape, engage.

at level 16, take echo of heaven to heal allies more.

at level 20, peaceful repose to improve your healing and to be able to use your R more often with less risk.
